Guvernul a adoptat recent o ordonan\u021b\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103 care reduce drastic veniturile \u0219i drepturile unor categorii de bugetari, sub pretextul elimin\u0103rii \u201einechit\u0103\u021bilor salariale\u201d. \u00cens\u0103 \u00een spatele acestei justific\u0103ri se ascund realit\u0103\u021bi crunte: oameni epuiza\u021bi, familii afectate \u0219i o administra\u021bie care risc\u0103 s\u0103 se pr\u0103bu\u0219easc\u0103 sub povara ne\u00eencrederii.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru mul\u021bi angaja\u021bi ai statului, sporurile nu sunt beneficii de lux, ci recunoa\u0219teri minimale ale condi\u021biilor dificile de munc\u0103. Aerul sufocant din arhive, interac\u021biunea zilnic\u0103 cu publicul, munca fizic\u0103 \u0219i stresul continuu sunt realit\u0103\u021bi care nu apar \u00een nicio strategie guvernamental\u0103. T\u0103ierea beneficiilor f\u0103r\u0103 o analiz\u0103 real\u0103 a impactului social nu va duce la o administra\u021bie performant\u0103, ci la una fragil\u0103, demoralizat\u0103 \u0219i, \u00een final, disfunc\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Rom\u00e2nia are nevoie de func\u021bionarii s\u0103i. Pentru c\u0103 statul, \u00een forma sa cea mai pur\u0103, nu este despre economii.
